Game Description
Eternal Exodus is a 2D monster-catching RPG set in the Afterlife. It's a very narrative-driven game whose story explores themes of metaphysics, free will, social contract theory, and much more. Catch and fuse a wide variety of demons inspired by mythology, customize them with craftable weapons and armor, and take part in minigames and sidequests along the way, all while rocking out to a 30+-track original soundtrack inspired by the JRPG greats.

Story & Setting

Developer Information
Fordesoft, LLC is an independent game development company founded by solo developer Josh Forde in 2015. Previous releases include Super Blackout (2015 - PS Vita, Steam, Android), Emerald Shores (2018, PS4, PS Vita, Steam), and Creature Card Idle (2019, Steam and web).
Eternal Exodus is mostly a solo effort by Josh Forde (programming, art, music, story, design), with some help from contractors along the way.
